Faulty Telstra Recharge Cards

SimConnect is not authorised by Telstra to process faulty Recharge cards

  • Consumer needs to contact Telstra directly by calling 1800 650 198 and to get amount credited straight to their handset
  • Telstra does not refund expired cards, therefore Printanet is unable to refund expired cards
  • Printanet is happy to replace Recharge Cards if there is a minimum 6 months left until expiry date. Call SimConnect on (07) 5446 1388 on  to obtain a RA and returns form.
