SimConnect National is not authorised by Telstra to process faulty Phone cards

• For all public phone card returns please use Telstra PHONECARD form and send directly to TELSTRA.      Download Telstra Phonecard Replacement Form (PDF, 357KB)
• Telstra does not refund expired cards, therefore SimConnect National is unable to refund expired cards
• SimConnect National is happy to replace Phone Cards if there is minimum 6 months left until expiry date. Call SimConnect National on 1300 378 390 to obtain a return address.
