SimConnect National is not authorised by Telstra to process faulty Recharge cards
- Consumer needs to contact Telstra directly by calling 1800 650 198 and to get amount credited straight to their handset
- Telstra does not refund expired cards, therefore SimConnect National is unable to refund expired cards
- SimConnect National is happy to replace Recharge Cards if there is a minimum 6 months left until expiry date. Call SimConnect National on 1300 378 390 to obtain return address.
